Areas of Focus

Thomas Rothballer advises companies and senior executives in all areas of employment and labour law. He represents his clients nationwide, both in and out of court. The focus of his activity is handling dismissal cases, providing ongoing advice on employment and labour law issues, and drafting employment and termination agreements.

In 2015 the University of Munich conferred a doctorate degree in law on Thomas Rothballer. His doctoral thesis on the subject of “Berufliche Anforderungen im AGG” was supervised by Professor Dr. Richard Giesen. It deals with questions regarding the justification of discrimination in the area of the employment law.
