Areas of Focus

Oliver Deeg advises companies and senior executives in all areas of employment and labour law. He represents his clients nationwide, both in and out of court. The focus of his activity is handling dismissal cases, providing ongoing advice to companies on employment and labour law issues, and drafting employment and termination agreements.

Oliver Deeg has particular expertise in ongoing labour law advice to companies concerning questions pertaining to works constitution law. He protects the interests of his clients both in and out of court as well as in conciliatory boards.

In 2014 the University of Passau conferred a doctorate degree in law on Oliver Deeg. His doctoral thesis on the subject of “Die Verwirkung im Individualarbeitsrecht” was supervised by Professor Dr. Frank Bayreuther. It deals with questions regarding the terminability of rights in the area of the employment law.
